Cooking instructions:
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Heat 1x15ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Wash and pat dry. Place gizzard in the pan. During Cooking: Panfry over a moderate heat turning the liver pieces occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Moderate heat for 8-10 minutes. These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary in performance. Always check that the product is cooked throughout, until piping hot and no pink colour remains.
