Shipping policy (Birmingham Only)

Orders placed before 14.00 will be delivered on the same day before 9 PM. 

Orders placed after 14.00 will be delivered within the next working day aimed before 9 PM.

Shipping policy (Outside of Birmingham)

Usually we aim to have orders outside of Birmingham (selected areas) delivered within 3 working days

 

Shipment processing time

We deliver 7 days a week. That's including Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed. This is especially likely during busy periods such as Eid, Ramadan, and Christmas.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as we have received your order details. You will also receive an order dispatch update as soon as the order is out for delivery via text message and/or email.
