What areas do you deliver to?

  • We cover the entirety of Birmingham. This includes Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Harborne, West Bromwich, Great Barr, and everywhere else in Birmingham.
  • We also deliver to areas outside of Birmingham including: Coventry , Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Halesowen & Wolverhampton. (please allow up to three working days)
  • Given the traffic conditions within the city it is impossible to cover all areas within a given day. Thus, some areas within Birmingham are excluded from the same-day delivery service. This is clearly outlined at the checkout. 

How long can I freeze my meat for?

  • Meat is safe to store in the freezer for as long as 6 months, although it's recommended you store it for 3-4 months to ensure the quality of the meat does not deteriorate.

How can I pay for my order online?

  • We support all major credit and debit cards. We also support payments through Paypal. Shop secure, Shop safe. 

Will I get my money back if I am dissatisfied with my product?

  • At Pak Halal Meat, we aim to deliver our goods to the maximum quality. However, in an unusual event, we will aim to replace goods which are not satisfactory. 

Is there a delivery charge?

  • No! As part of our quality service, we offer free delivery. That's right... Free delivery !!(within the Birmingham region)

Is there a minimum order?

  • To make our services worthwhile, there is a small minimum order of £30.

What if I am not home to receive my order?

  • In some instances, you may not be at home to receive our delivery. As long as we receive a safe spot to store your order, we will happily place it there for you. We will usually contact you before your order is sent for dispatch.

Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday?

  • Yes. We deliver throughout the week so you can place your order on a day that suits you best and receive it on the same day.

 

I have ordered after 2.30 PM, when will I receive my order? 

  • We try our best to ensure orders can reach our customer at the earliest of convenience. However, given the nature of our logistics system, orders placed after 2.30 PM are automatically processed for the next day where the delivery is guaranteed before 9pm. 

I placed an order and noticed there is a discrepancy in the weight? 

  • All items are throughly checked to ensure there is no discrepancy in weight. Items with no variants should be exactly a kkilogram. For example, Niblets, Wings, Mince & marinated products. 
  • However, items with variants such as skin off or fat off will logically see a reduction in the net weight. 
  • When selecting fat on you should receive an exact kilogram of what has been ordered; we will still take care to ensure most of the fat is removed. 

 

I live in an apartment/flat can you still deliver to me?

  • Yes. Please note, given the short lead-time and for health & safety reasons we aren’t able to enter any building.
  • It is your responsibility to meet the driver at the building entrance. Usually, for apartment buildings you will be messaged with a delivery ETA. 

Can you pack my order into portions for freezing? 

No. Unfortunately given the nature of our operations and the extremely tight lead-time for deliveries it makes it impossible to adhere to all customer requests. We currently only pack orders as per the selected options. If you would like additional freezer bags we can provide these free of charge; just drop us a note at the checkout.

 

Are we halal?

  • All meat is halal certified.
