Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any products due to the perishable nature of the product. However, we will do our best to issue you an exchange.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t act upon any complaints.
To be eligible for a complaint, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In response to any complaints, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where any complaints will be withdrawn:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any complaint received after 3 days upon delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Complaints in respect of service will be reviewed by our customer services department which can take up to 48 hours.

Please inspect all products as soon as it is delivered. If it does not meet up to your standards, we can quickly act upon it and offer our services on replacing or offering a voucher.
