For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat your pan over a high heat, then reduce to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes, until evenly browned, stirring frequently. To prevent mince sticking, add a little water or oil. Alternatively add stock or sauce and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
