Cooking instructions:
To oven cook from chilled. Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Place shoulder on a baking tray and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After Cooking: Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary. Oven cook 220°C. Fan 200°C. Gas 7. 25 minutes
