Cooking instructions:
Oven cook from chilled but can also be grilled. If freezing at home, please defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat oven 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 7. Allow chops to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan to a high heat. During cooking: For best results the pan must be hot. Cook for 1 min on each side. Transfer lamb to a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven, cook for 8 mins. After cooking: Allow to rest out of the baking tray for 2 mins before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until all juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside. If cooked rare there is small risk that harmful bacteria may be present. Oven cook from chilled 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 7 8 mins
