Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place Lamb Ribs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
